sigh... to lose is part of the game, but to play with such pathetic display was down right sad.....come on my beloved reds.... when are you going to wake up... we've now wasted a great opening to the season... right as the race was reaching the final bend.....only way to achieve glory was to ensure 3 points... but we couldn't even score when we had the chances .... aaiiiiyyyyyaaaaaaa

finallly after all those miserable draws.. which we should have won ... comes a good solid performance to stop the rampant spaniards....

diminutive midfielder Yossi Benayoun (yes he's Israeli) leaps free in the defense to head home a precious away goal 8 minutes from the end of the first leg tie, setting it up favourably for the Reds to look forward to the return leg in two weeks time.

Now as a self proclaimed movie buff...(no one is actually going to give u the title... duh!) obviously the Oscars like most award shows represent the pinnacle of the industries achievements. But close to as i was for boycotting this years showcase..... come on! how can the highest grossing movie of the year (number 2 all time) not be nominated for best picture or best director, and you think if ledger was alive would he win it let alone be nominated?.......but i watched it anyway.... cheering on the underdogs Slumdog (pun intended) and enjoying host Hugh Jackman's mostly solo act. So for those of you who actually worked this morning (sike!) and missed it... here are the results!
